TechnoMartial Workshop
(Empowering & Energizing)

This unique course fuses martial arts movements with techno music and hip-hop. Participants will be introduced to the techniques of TechnoMartial - a playful and easy-to-learn dance that focuses on coordination, rhythm and physical strength.

TechnoMartial was featured in publications like Straits Times Urban (27 Jan 2005), Zaobao (13 Feb 2005), Today (28 Jan 2005), IS Magazine (April 2005) and Indigo (May 2005), as well as the massively popular TV variety show New City Beat hosted by Sharon Au, Rayson Tan and He Xiaojun (10 Feb 2005)
