Mandala

Mandala focuses on the drawing for a 3-meter-wide rice Mandala as the performers journey through the various stages of birth, childhood, and maturity. Sequences of intense emotions, which are sometimes erotic, sometimes painful and sometimes joyful, are articulated through the bodies of the performers.  The use of the Mandala is based to some extent on Jung's understanding of the formation and transformation of the personality.
